This is where a RideFinder driver draws the areas they want ride alerts for. A ride posted inside one of a driver's areas can send that driver an alert, and a driver with no area gets no ride alerts at all.
Service areas are part of a signed in driver account, so this page shows them only after you sign in.

Map
You can draw your service area anywhere, inside or outside this board's territory. Your area counts on every board it reaches that you subscribe to. Rides posted outside this board's territory belong to the board that covers them; to drive those, subscribe to that board.
Draw, then adjust: drag a point to move it, or drag the small dot in the middle of an edge to add a point there. To remove a point, press it once and then again. An area keeps at least three points. The gray line is this board's territory. Your area may go beyond it; you get alerts from every board you subscribe to. Nothing is trimmed off when you save, even where an area reaches into another board's territory. Each area lists the boards it reaches and whether you subscribe to each one for its industry. If your line crosses over itself a little, that spot is straightened for you. A new or changed area counts for rides posted from then on, not for rides already on the board.
